The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes necessary for the service you request in order to fulfill the social purpose of the organization.

Identification and contact: to verify the identity of the minor and their guardian(s), for potential service provision by the institution. Also, for conducting internal procedures regarding requests for assistance services, evaluating the quality of services provided, carrying out statistical studies, creating files, and other relevant analyses. Personal references: for support in case of emergency.

Academic: We will seek to understand the educational level of the minor to provide the appropriate educational support. Additionally, the minor will be registered with the relevant educational institutions and other public institutions with which there may be obligations or agreements. Furthermore, educational and training programs will be designed, including the issuance of official documents, report cards, diplomas, certificates, and school credentials, among others.

In addition to the aforementioned personal data, sensitive data will be used to determine the degree of necessary intervention, classifying them as primary, general, specialty, or highly specialized.

Health: The aim is to know the health status of the minor, their medical history, and any treatment needs to provide adequate medical care.

Physical characteristics: Physical characteristics will be recorded for identification and security purposes.

Religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs: These beliefs will be collected to provide a culturally sensitive environment.

Legal status, life data, family and socioeconomic context: An evaluation of the minor's legal, family, and social situation will be conducted to determine the best way to provide our support as an organization.
